EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 days after the date of purchase receipt of the product and opt for any of the following refunds:
- Credits in our online store;
- Exchange for another item;
- Refund to your credit card bill.
To return an order, the product must be new, in the state in which it was received and in original packaging.
I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
The customer will be responsible for returning the product, including shipping.
Urban Helmets is responsible for the return of the item(s) replaced, the order will be issued after the product arrives at our distribution center.
Urban Helmets does not guarantee the availability of the product you want to change, or book.

The deadline to make the product cancellation request is 07 days after receipt of produtoa purchase. The product may not be used and must be forwarded in original packaging.
HOW LONG TO REFUND TO BE COMPLETED
Reimbursement will be made within five (5) days after the product is back in stock.
